DESCRIPTION
We have an opening for a Plant Human Resources Manager at our Paris, IL facility.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess an associate or bachelor’s degree (in Human Resources preferred) and 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, using their communication skills to interact with and manage all levels of plant personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Primary job duties involve the recruitment and selection of hourly employees, employee relations, and administering employee benefits. Additional responsibilities include payroll administration, safety, workers’ compensation, ensuring legal compliance, training, performance & development. Candidates should possess experience in all human resources disciplines while fostering a positive work environment.
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrable PC skills in word processing, spreadsheet construction and internet search capability
