Description
Cadillac Products Packaging Company in Paris, IL, is an established leader in the film/flexible packaging industry. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Follow all plant safety rules
- Operate machinery to produce plastic film that meets or exceeds customer specifications
- Perform and document quality assurance testing
- Record production and materials data on a computer and necessary paperwork
- Troubleshoot production problems as required and communicate to shift leadership
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure finished goods are packaged to meet customer requirements
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the work area
Great Pay
- Starts at $16.00
- Paid on a weekly basis
- Overtime is built into the schedule (40 hrs. straight time and 8 hrs. overtime one week and 24 hrs. straight time and 12 hrs. overtime the next week)
- Potential pay increases every 90 days with good performance evaluations

- Night shift premium of $1.50/hour
- Perfect attendance bonus of up to $200/quarter (up to $800 extra dollars per year just for coming to work!)
- $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days
- Quarterly and annual bonus potential
Rotating 2/2/3 schedule where you only work 15 days per month
- 12-hour shifts –2 on/2 off, 2 on/3 off, 2 on/2 off, 3 on/2 off
- Three-day weekend off every other week
- Days off during the week

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. on a regular basis
- Preferred experience in a manufacturing setting
- Extrusion experience is a plus
